SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
As each piece is made to order, please allow up to three weeks for items to ship. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have specific time frame requirements and we will do our best to accommodate.
When ordering rings, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size.
To assist you in purchasing your correct size, we suggest you get your finger sized by an experienced jeweller.
Custom size orders are final sale and may not be exchanged.
Aggie + Au is passionate about its customers and respects their privacy. Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security. We want to make your shopping experience as safe and satisfying as possible. While we may securely store your customer details, we do not sell, trade or share this information with anyone. When you place an order we use secure payment facilities to process all online credit card transactions. No credit card details are kept by Aggie + Au.
REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
As each piece is made to order, we are not always able to offer a simple exchange. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will try to find a resolution.
To request an exchange, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving your item, with your proof of purchase and exchange request.
Your item must be shipped back to our studio within 7 days of delivered date.
Your item must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original packaging. We cannot exchange goods that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or show signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyer at their own expense
Sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
